In each area the construction quality is guaranteed by the system with which the corporations operate, in particular:
SILOS, MIXERS AND HOPPERS: all the processes are assigned in a qualified way with WPS, WPQR and WPQ (welders/operators) according to the EN-ISO regulations and ASME codes;
CARPENTRY: the quality system is according to ISO 9001 and UNI EN 3834/2, and in accordance with the Ministerial Decree of January 14, 2008 (Transformation Centre) and certified SOA according to OS18A. All the processes are managed in a qualified way with WPS, WPQR and WPQ ( welders/operators) according to the EN-ISO regulations and ASME codes;
OIL&GAS: all the processes are assigned in a qualified way with WPS, WPQR and WPQ (welders/operators). The quality system is according to ISO 9001 and UNI EN 3834/2, and moreover qualified according to U – U2 Stamp and S Stamp;
PIPING: all the processes are assigned in a qualified way with WPS, WPQR and WPQ (welders/operators) and in accordance with EN-ISO regulations and ASME codes.
Depending on customer requirements and in relation to the use of the device, destructive and non-destructive controls, are carried out on the weld joints and heels, which are:

• VT Visual test: used to survey the specific surface and/or dimension characteristics, non-homogeneous structures and products at the initial stage and in operation;

• PT Penetrating liquids: generally applicable to the joints in order to survey any surface inconsistencies on the tested pieces by the formation of visible indications, with immediate result interpretations;

• RT radiography: employ a beam of ionising radiations directed against the tested piece. Thanks to such radiography the material absorbs a part depending on its thickness/chemical-physical characteristics;

• MT magnetoscopy: any possible presence of surface and sub-surface inconsistencies on the tested pieces are detected by the densification of the magnetic powder in correspondence with the magnetic flux leakage:

• UT ultrasounds: utilise high frequency sound waves that are passed through tested materials.
